Here is a speeded up version of the flash flood in High Definition outside The Vine Hotel on the corner of Church Street and Bridge Road, Richmond, Victoria, 3121, Australia that occured on Friday, February 4, 2011 at approximately 7:20pm. This flood is a result of the after effects from Cyclone Anthony and Cyclone Yasi. The flash flood was like a river flowing down Church Street off Richmond Hill and onto the Bridge Road intersection and up onto the footpath on the corner of Church Street and Bridge Road. The rainy weather during the video event was a good chance to demonstrate to everyone the reality of how and wheelchair and scooter users can sometimes be stranded or left to travel out in the cold, wind, rain and hail because it is impossible to get aboard the independently inaccessible trams.
