Over the past 3 years Graveyard Train have risen and risen in popularity. Though still underground, the band are well loved in Melbourne, selling out every local show for the past year to drunken sing-along crowds. Graveyard Train have toured solidly since day one, winning over crowds at festivals, major cities and regional towns, and have enjoyed huge success during their two stints at the Tamworth Country Music Festival. The band are leaving for their first 6 country European Tour in August, which will include a week of shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and have a US/Japan Tour penned for March 2011. October will see them hit the road on a national tour before heading back to Tamworth in January. Foot stomping, chain smashing, hell raising antics seem to be something everyone in the world can relate to. Released through Spooky Records, The Drink, The Devil & The Dance is Graveyard Train’s 3rd LP, and easily their most sophisticated. Recorded straight to tape in a big old haunted hall in the tiny Victorian country town of Wandilligong, Graveyard Train have expanded their horror country horizons, bringing in mariachi horns, strings and other assorted guest instrumentalists to add to the chaos. The thirteen song topics cover mummies, suicide, funerals, werewolves, witches, fear, and the of course crossing to the other side. “MUMMY” STARRING: Graveyard Train: Nick Finch, Josh Crawley, Beau Skowron, Adam Johanssen (Tattoo Man), Matt Duffy (Sweeper) and Matt Andrews
