@aileenabi100 when they are upside down they are using their arms to scull… when they are right side up they are using their legs in a type of treading water called eggbeater, it takes alot of skill and strength to be able to do what they do.

@JohnDeereIDAHO Probably about 14ft-7ft. If you touch the ground, you get disqualified.

do u have to be flexible to do this?

@JohnDeereIDAHO At least 3 meter. You aren`t allowed to touch the bottom. If you do you have a 2 points penalty..
