hi as a former busker myself I think it is a great idea to get people to commence paying a fee for their busking permits in an effort to get rid of the less skilled performers.
I also think that the busking panel is a great idea too but my suggestion is that why don’t we have someone outside be on the panel.
maybe someone who works in the music industry already.
